Partner with the COO and capacity planning team to lead financial capacity, CapEx, and infrastructure cost planning. Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes for infrastructure investments. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Collaborate with capacity leadership for strategic analysis and cost optimization. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the cloud capacity planning space
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the capacity planning organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Drive the weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes to ensure alignment and proper governance on all compute, storage, and networking infrastructure investments
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with capacity leadership to provide strategic analysis capacity deployments and cost optimization
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the proper financial controls on all compute, storage, and networking infrastructure investments
  • Work closely with other departments, including engineering, product, and operations to support overall business goals
