Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 7+ years of corporate accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting and treasury teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and mitigating financial risks
• Ensure all financial practices comply with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy within the corporate accounting and treasury functions
• Oversee cash management, investment strategies, and financial risk management, optimizing the company’s financial resources
• Partner with departments such as FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process
