Requirements

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience
  • Prior experience managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent certifications/experience
  • Strong foundational understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing principles and recent updates in the industry
  • Strong research skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively with a desire to continue learning new skills
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Employees are required to reside within the United States for the duration of their employment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of three specialists, providing guidance in executing best in class Paid Social strategies and fostering professional growth
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns designed for prospect generation and conversion funnel improvements
  • Work closely with the paid media team, creative teams, analytics, and planning to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across all platforms
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google, Meta, Linkedin Ads Managers) and data visualization tool (Tableau) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • In conjunction with your team, conduct audience research to ensure weโ€™re targeting the highest quality candidates and create an ongoing testing process to challenge our best practices
  • Own the relationships with Social Media vendors and be the go-to resource for training, troubleshooting, billing, etc. related to social media platforms
  • Regularly communicate strategies, results, and optimization recommendations to General Managers and other internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic direction
