Summary

Join Doppel as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager and lead the optimization of our digital presence. You will be responsible for managing our Webflow website, executing SEO and paid advertising strategies, and tracking key performance indicators. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with various marketing tools, and excellent communication abilities. Success in this position will involve collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve marketing goals and enhance Doppel's brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and SEO
  • Proficiency in Webflow
  • Proven expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Doppel’s website using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams for website updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and improve website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
  • Manage relationships with SEO agencies, ensuring alignment with Doppel’s goals and delivering measurable results
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on campaign results
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush analytics to generate actionable insights
  • Create detailed reports to inform stakeholders of campaign progress and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as X and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate compelling content that aligns with Doppel’s voice and brand identity
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth
  • Partner with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to scale marketing efforts efficiently
