Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven HR leadership experience, ideally as a business partner or manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes, including leadership development and organizational design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to thrive in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders in Japan to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
  • Provide expert guidance on Japanese labor law compliance, manage employee relations, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with the global HR team on salary planning, job architecture, and job leveling
  • Drive core learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and career development coaching
  • Partner with the HR Leader and Japan Sales Leader to drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement & inclusion, and foster a culture that reflects Cybereason's values
  • Execute comprehensive HR programs tailored to Japan, such as performance management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors
