Summary

Join Elite Technology as a Senior Manager, Implementation and play a pivotal role in deploying and integrating our solutions for clients. Lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute implementation plans, and manage timelines and budgets. Oversee the delivery team from initial planning to post-deployment support, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in resolving issues. Provide training and support to your team, equipping them to effectively utilize our solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Law firm or LegalTech experience
  • 8+ years in legal or consulting, with ERP system implementation experience (e.g., Elite 3E, SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to balance hands-on project involvement
  • Proven expertise in process design, workflow modeling, and problem-solving
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with Power BI as a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial management, including meeting revenue and margin goals
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with experience resolving escalations and ensuring satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead Implementation Projects: Oversee end-to-end client solution deployments, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Develop and Lead Teams: Cultivate a high-performing global delivery team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, optimize workflows, and ensure team utilization meets financial targets
  • Ensure Client Success: Resolve project blockers, manage escalations, and maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned to enhance future projects
  • Achieve Financial Goals: Meet revenue, margin, and cloud go-live targets while maintaining sustainable growth
