Requirements

  • Experience in Endpoint Management and/or IT Cloud Infrastructure (Entra ID)
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role within IT
  • Expertise with endpoint management tools in a hybrid environment (Intune / Jamf)
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices, including patch management and encryption
  • Demonstrated experience with orchestration tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to automate and improve business processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance, support, and decommissioning
  • Support environment with multiple authentication protocols, including push notification applications, hardware security keys and platform authenticators
  • Enhance the identity lifecycle experience from provisioning to deprovisioning
  • Develop and execute an endpoint management strategy to ensure the efficiency, security, and compliance of all endpoints within the organization
  • Establish and maintain endpoint standards, policies, and procedures that align with the company's IT and security objectives
  • Lead initiatives to integrate, automate, and streamline endpoint processes
  • Implement Conditional Access policies to enforce security requirements such as multi-factor authentication and device compliance
  • Work closely with the team to implement security policies and standards for endpoints, including encryption, antivirus and patch management
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address risks related to endpoint devices
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regular requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • ITIL Foundation certification a plus
