Join Sprout Social's Marketing team as a Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns - New Business, reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaigns, demand generation or relevant marketing experience, including 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience developing strategy and managing cross-functional marketing projects from vision through execution
- 1+ years of experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- 1+ years of experience managing and leading teams
Responsibilities
- Define the cross-functional campaign strategy for new customer acquisition, thinking holistically about the prospect journey and how to deliver value at each touchpoint
- Determine campaign themes, content and storytelling that will reach and engage prospects at the right moments in their journey
- Own your pipeline and revenue results with a strong focus on analyzing performance, distilling key insights and presenting optimization recommendations that mobilize stakeholders
- Lead a team that develops and executes new business campaigns, webinars and co-marketing initiatives as part of Sprout’s global, integrated campaigns motion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing webinar and email campaigns end-to-end
- Experience working within the social media marketing industry
