Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional efforts in the development and execution of comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and core initiatives
  • Deliver quarterly global end-to-end plans for assigned campaign themes, including strategy, messaging, segmentation, event plans, content plans, tactics, budget, performance KPIs, sales enablement plans, and rollout plans/calendars
  • Plan, build, and deliver impactful global marketing campaigns and programs across the stages of the sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity creation, deal movement, and deal closure. Support the buying journey with compelling storytelling at each stage
  • Apply global brand, product, and competitive messaging to campaign themes to engage buyers throughout the buying journey
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns, leveraging analytics and insights to refine strategies
  • Support lead qualification efforts by BDRs and Sales Representatives through campaign training, reporting, sales tools, and office hours
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and deliver global campaign training, sales enablement tools, and message maps for all campaigns
  • Responsible for global campaign-level KPIs, including leads, MCLs, MQLs, pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, etc
  • Align with Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure lead scoring, attribution, lead flow, and follow-up SLAs achieve the desired outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced cybersecurity firm
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, PathFactory, LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Monday.com (or Asana, Wrike, etc.), and other marketing tech tools
  • Previous roles in demand generation or campaign marketing
  • Experience marketing to IT leaders in SMB and mid-market companies
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
