Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing campaigns, in the cybersecurity, pharma, material science, and/or biotech sector
- 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience
- Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns direct to market, and through channel GTM partners
- Basic familiarity with cybersecurity and/or pharma technologies and buyer personas
- Proficiency in marketing platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development and execution of a minimum of 2 campaigns at a time, across digital media, social media, events, webinars, and other direct channels, as well as our channel partners
- Collaborate and liaise directly with the cybersecurity and AI simulation business unit leadership and Product Marketing functions to develop compelling content, including ads, landing pages, videos, and email copy
- Design and manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI optimization
- Work closely with marketing operations to ensure campaign setup, lead flow, and tracking in platforms like Marketo, On24, and Salesforce
- Develop and execute targeted integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with business unit leadership that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences identified by each business unit
- Collaborate with product marketing, business development, executives, and other stakeholders to craft campaign messaging, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce both live views and port-mortem reports to improve marketing impact and velocity
- Help business units conduct market research and analyze audience insights to inform campaign strategies and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adapt campaigns to achieve business unit-defined goals, including lead generation, MQL/SQL conversions, and sales pipeline impact
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns in real-time
- Track all campaigns, prepare detailed performance reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with business unit leaders, company executives, and customer-facing teams to align campaign goals and ensure effective follow-up on leads
- Collaborate with PR, content, and social media functions to maximize campaign impact
- Own Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, tailoring campaigns for key accounts
- Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Identify and leverage relevant industry events, thought leadership opportunities, and partnerships to enhance campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- A good understanding of the language describing artificial intelligence and quantum technology
- Knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
