Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required
- 5-8+ years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships, M&A, and market expansion
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex business cases
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Highly collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine BlinkRxโs corporate strategy, aligning growth initiatives with business priorities and market opportunities
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
- Support long-term planning and scenario modeling to assess business opportunities and risks
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and new market/product expansion initiatives
- Build detailed business cases, including financial models, to support investment decisions
- Lead due diligence efforts and manage cross-functional teams to execute transactions
- Serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and Finance, to align corporate development initiatives with operational goals
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations that leverage your understanding of the healthcare, pharmacy, or digital pharmacy landscape
- Drive high-impact projects that address complex strategic challenges or emerging opportunities
- Develop actionable recommendations and deliver presentations to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, pharmacy, or digital pharmacy strongly preferred
