Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations, with a strong focus on pre-sales or solution engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-performing ops professionals
  • Strong business partnership skills - you know how to build trust, challenge ideas constructively, and align stakeholders
  • Proven success scaling pre-sales or technical sales teams in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, enterprise buying journeys, and pre-sales metrics
  • Track record of driving measurable impact through process improvements, systems enhancements, and data storytelling
  • Experience with sales tech stack including Salesforce, Vivun, Aviso, and similar tools
  • A proactive, curious mindset you’re always looking to uplevel how things are done and move fast with purpose
  • Passion for building world-class pre-sales operations that empower SEs and PSEs to thrive

Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic operations partner to our Global SE & PSE leadership teams shaping how we plan, scale, and measure success
  • Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and impact
  • Design and operationalize scalable frameworks for resource management, coverage models, headcount planning, and performance tracking
  • Enhance workflows, processes, and systems that enable our SEs and PSEs to spend more time delivering value to customers and prospects
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align pre-sales execution with go-to-market goals
  • Own key cadences such as quarterly business reviews, forecast hygiene, capacity planning, and team performance reporting
  • Support field enablement by identifying opportunities to optimize onboarding, productivity ramp, and win rates
  • Leverage data to provide insights, track team impact, and influence strategic decisions across the org
  • Champion tooling improvements (Salesforce, Vivun, Aviso, etc.) that elevate how the pre-sales team operates at scale
