Requirements

  • 8+ years of deep experience selling multiple lines of Insurance (Cyber, E&O, ER, etc.)
  • Deep experience and relationships in insurance
  • In-depth experience in developing, executing, tracking and reporting on sales initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Ability to translate market knowledge to actionable sales strategies and tactics
  • High level of initiative, autonomy, and ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive nationwide sales strategy and processes for Cyber, including piloting approaches as needed with our top trading partners
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, creating tailored approaches to capture market share and drive revenue growth
  • Leverage deep understanding of cyber insurance market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and execution
  • Use activity management insights to monitor the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support and refine strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to enhance customer satisfaction and inform product strategy decisions
  • Work closely with sales leaders to help align national strategies with local needs
  • Lead initiatives related to product engagement, quality assurance, training, and change management to ensure sales teams are equipped for success
  • Utilize data to optimize sales processes to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure appropriate roadmap and MAT needs for distribution
