Requirements
- 8+ years of deep experience selling multiple lines of Insurance (Cyber, E&O, ER, etc.)
- Deep experience and relationships in insurance
- In-depth experience in developing, executing, tracking and reporting on sales initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Ability to translate market knowledge to actionable sales strategies and tactics
- High level of initiative, autonomy, and ability to influence stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive nationwide sales strategy and processes for Cyber, including piloting approaches as needed with our top trading partners
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, creating tailored approaches to capture market share and drive revenue growth
- Leverage deep understanding of cyber insurance market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and execution
- Use activity management insights to monitor the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support and refine strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to enhance customer satisfaction and inform product strategy decisions
- Work closely with sales leaders to help align national strategies with local needs
- Lead initiatives related to product engagement, quality assurance, training, and change management to ensure sales teams are equipped for success
- Utilize data to optimize sales processes to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency
- Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure appropriate roadmap and MAT needs for distribution
