Summary

Join Procore’s Professional Services team as a Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales and lead a team responsible for defining tailored service solutions that meet client needs. You will partner with sales, solution architects, and professional services teams to define and document service offerings. Your primary goal is to ensure accurate scoping processes aligning with Procore’s capabilities and customer expectations. This role reports to the Senior Director, Professional Services Solutions and Operations and can be based in any US office or remotely. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including equity compensation. Immediate start is preferred.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in professional services sales, consulting, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of project scoping, pre-sales processes, and professional services delivery
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of management
  • Experience scoping, drafting, and presenting service options and SOWs to clients virtually and in person
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Professional Services Pre-Sales team, ensuring efficient and accurate project scoping
  • Position Procore's Professional Services offerings through value-based selling, tailoring recommendations to customer needs and outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and professional services teams to assess client requirements and develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of SOWs and amendments, ensuring alignment with Procore’s technology and customer needs
  • Foster strong partnerships with Account Executives and other stakeholders to drive the salability of Procore’s service offerings
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure scoping accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of scoping activities
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk engagements, resolving issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with construction technology and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
