Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Have 4+ years of experience in programmatic media, with hands-on keyboard experience in DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and ad servers (e.g., CM360)
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of media technologies, attribution technologies, trafficking, and pixel implementation
  • Possess familiarity with Google Analytics and CM360
  • Have advanced analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data to inform campaign strategies and optimizations
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling client presentations and articulate complex strategies clearly
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape for branding and direct response campaigns, as well as emerging trends in programmatic advertising
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
  • Have expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with other relevant tools
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with programmatic team members to develop lower-funnel acquisition and upper-funnel brand awareness strategies tailored to client needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, presenting strategies, and delivering QBRs
  • Own daily campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting within DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and others
  • Monitor dashboards and key reporting tools to assess channel effectiveness, identify trends, and surface opportunities for testing and improvement
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key publisher partners, negotiating favorable deals and ensuring alignment with programmatic best practices
  • Work with creative, product marketing, and brand teams to align on acquisition goals and initiatives from a programmatic perspective
  • Address and resolve technical issues within ad serving, DSPs, or pixel implementation
  • Traffic creatives for new campaigns and implement pixels on relevant pages for upcoming campaigns
  • Partner with the agency and other programmatic stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, share best practices, and uncover new testing opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with retail media platforms such as Roundel, Pacvue, Walmart Connect, or Amazon
