Requirements
- Business Development – 5 - 7 years of experience, ideally in eCommerce, fashion, electronics, or travel industries
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to craft and execute long-term strategies that align with both the company's and merchant's growth objectives
- Negotiation Skills – Strong experience in negotiating complex deals with high-value merchants and partners, focused on mutual long-term success
- Data Analysis & Interpretation – Experience in utilizing data to evaluate merchant performance, market trends, and make data-driven business decisions
- Stakeholder Management – Expertise in managing relationships across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and successful collaboration between different departments
- Project Management – Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines across 12 markets with attention to detail and prioritization
- Commercial Acumen – In-depth understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and business drivers that impact revenue growth
- Excellent Communication – Ability to present insights and strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners
- Adaptability – Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and respond to new market challenges and opportunities
- Relationship Building – Proven ability to foster long-term partnerships, building trust and delivering value for both merchants and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Manage key merchant relationships across multiple regions, growing our merchant portfolio, and leading business development initiatives to ensure revenue and partnership success
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in expanding ShopBack's regional presence and merchant acquisition strategies
- Drive business development efforts across 12 markets, focusing on key verticals (eCommerce, fashion, electronics, and travel)
- Manage top-tier global and regional merchant relationships, ensuring continued growth and success
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with merchants to track performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our regional presence and merchant portfolio
- Be the subject matter expert for business development internally, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams
- Use data analytics tools to track merchant performance, market trends, and partnership growth
- Represent ShopBack at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key partners
