Summary

Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales management or team leadership
- Extensive background as a front-line or second line sales leader in a high-volume, short-cycle, B2B environment
- Experience leading and driving cross-functional projects and teams
- Proven track record of personal and professional excellence, career growth, consistently exceeding targets, and motivating others to do the same
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel spreadsheets, and data-driven methodologies
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail and execution
- Dedication to coaching and development, with the ability to identify strengths and growth opportunities in team members
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, crucial for building trust with peers and key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in articulating and communicating strategic ideas to executives and translating high-level concepts into actionable plans
- A passionate commitment to sales, our customers, and a strong connection to our purpose of helping small businesses achieve greater success
- Remote in Canada with the ability to travel periodically
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing inbound sales team including front-line team members and managers you will set clear performance expectations, and provide coaching and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their targets
- Collaborate with the Director, Sales to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition through new and existing channels, market penetration, and revenue growth in line with company goals
- Plan, Recruit and Onboard teams to deliver against sales goals and targets
- Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and resources to continually upskill our sales teams, focusing on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and customer-centric approaches
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, tools, and methodologies and partner closely with operations and enablement teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards to track team performance and provide insights to senior management
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, enablement, sales development, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment with the company mission and goals
