You will design and execute strategic plans, develop sales performance reports, build forecasting models, optimize the customer lifecycle, and support sales compensation design. Requirements
- 5+ yearsβ experience in a similar role
- Deep expertise in sales automation, CRM, Planning & Forecasting
- Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and Powerpoint
- Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business
- Ability to interpret data, not just present it
Responsibilities
- Work in close partnership with region sales leader to design and execute strategic plans to drive growth
- Collaborate with Sales and GTM leadership to drive the strategy and execution of capacity planning, productivity review, territory carving, quota design, and headcount allocation
- Own, develop, and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs, sharing critical conversion, attainment, and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and drive accountability
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, providing insights to executive leadership on sales and pipeline generation
- Use data to unearth and optimize all aspects of our customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention and renewals
- Provide support in setting the rules of engagement across the Sales team with clear responsibilities and opportunity ownership
- Work closely with the Sales Compensations Team on the Design and Implementation of compensation structures that align with our Sales Objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally on behalf of the region sales leader to drive the needs of the sales team
