Summary

Fetch offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $195,000-$210,000, equity, 401k matching, comprehensive benefits, continuing education, paid time off, robust leave policies, and more.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in corporate/strategic finance, investment banking, or related roles
  • Must have in-house tech experience
  • Past direct management, transferrable project leadership, or mentorship experience
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and corporate or strategic finance best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing complex financial transactions and negotiations
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships, or fundraising events
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization
  • Implement financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial performance and operational excellence
