Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, strategy, consulting, or business intelligence
  • Strong expertise in market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
  • Proven experience in conducting market research on a global scale, analyzing opportunities across multiple regions and industries
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to global teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and market research methodologies
  • Deep understanding of global regulatory environments related to crypto and digital payments, including compliance frameworks, licensing requirements, and regional policy trends – or a demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply this knowledge to assess market entry risks and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, LeadGen, and Sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on global market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities for crypto-processing solutions
  • Perform market sizing and segmentation analysis to identify the most attractive markets based on demand, competition, and regulatory landscape
  • Develop data models and forecasting methodologies to evaluate potential market growth and ROI for expansion opportunities
  • Assess consumer behaviors, business adoption trends, and pain points in target industries to align product-market fit
  • Analyze competitor strategies, business models, pricing structures, and product offerings in different markets
  • Provide benchmarking insights to enhance our competitive edge in new and existing regions
  • Track regulatory changes and compliance requirements affecting crypto adoption across global markets
  • Deliver strategic recommendations on how to position our crypto-processing solutions for maximum adoption and differentiation
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Product teams to refine market entry strategies
  • Identify potential partnerships and ecosystem collaborations that could accelerate market penetration
  • Assist in defining target customer personas, ideal client profiles, and key value propositions for different industries and regions
  • Support the creation of thought leadership materials, whitepapers, and reports to strengthen our market credibility
  • Translate complex market research findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Build dynamic dashboards, reports, and presentations that visualize market trends and key takeaways
  • Monitor KPIs related to market penetration, customer adoption rates, and competitive positioning
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive teams and key stakeholders on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, with a focus on strategy, market research, or international business
  • Experience in emerging markets – Familiarity with the growth dynamics of developing economies where crypto adoption is accelerating
  • Previous experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy – Hands-on involvement in launching products or services in new markets
