Summary

The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager at Vanta will be responsible for enhancing marketing strategies through data analysis, developing attribution models, analyzing pipeline and closed/won deals, measuring marketing channel performance, conducting market research, customer segmentation, and more. The role requires a solid background in B2B marketing analytics, proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, Python/R, and Hubspot/Salesforce data schemas, and at least 8 years of experience in marketing analytics.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), experience with Python/R for data analysis and in Hubspot/Salesforce data schemas; experience in DBT is preferred
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to analyze complex data sets, extract key insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies that drive business impact
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with business partners, especially with the heads of Growth and PMM, and to establish meaningful relationships within the marketing team
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a comprehensible and engaging manner
  • Education. : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related fields. A Master’s degree or higher is advantageous
