Senior Marketing Manager

Summary

Join our team as an action-oriented B2B marketer to develop a sophisticated strategy across channels like email and LinkedIn, then test, learn, iterate, and scale what works. You'll help build our database of provider prospects with various tactics, segment the database, and develop and execute an array of campaigns to inspire them to work with Rula.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, owning outbound channels and programs
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, RevOps teams, and marketing sub-teams
• Exceptional reasoning and analytical skills
• Proven experience developing and executing moderately complex marketing campaigns from scratch

Responsibilities

• Own outbound programs to attract prospective providers (therapists, psychiatrists) and drive them into our sales funnel
• Develop a more sophisticated strategy across channels like email and LinkedIn, then test, learn, iterate, and scale what works
• Help build our database of provider prospects with various tactics
• Segment the database
• Develop and execute an array of campaigns to inspire them to work with Rula

Preferred Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Experience at a fast-paced mid-stage startup or growth company
• Experience marketing to SMB-like audiences
