Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Highly developed analytical capabilities with experience in overseeing dashboards, business assessments, and performance analysis
- Proficient in utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Segment, or comparable platforms
- A deep understanding of demand generation, funnel strategy, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with lead scoring, attribution frameworks, and campaign automation
- Effective skills in managing stakeholders and a mindset guided by data analysis for making informed choices
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner to Marketing leadership, enabling smarter, faster decisions with clear data and actionable insights
- Own the full-funnel performance strategy and infrastructure that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Build and maintain visibility into the marketing funnel, from visitor to MQL, SQL, and pipeline
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and propose optimizations across campaigns, pages, CTAs, and lifecycle stages
- Conduct analysis of marketing performance using web analytics, campaign data, funnel progression, and conversion trends
- Own the cadence of Marketing Business Reviews (MBRs, QBRs), delivering insights and recommendations to leadership
- Oversee database management and ensure campaign readiness through clean, structured contact data
- Manage and align communication cadences across Marketing, Sales, and Customer for Life (C4L)
- Develop and refine lead and account scoring models using firmographic, behavioral, and intent signals
- Ensure scoring models align with sales-readiness and campaign strategy
- Manage HubSpot–Salesforce integration and ensure smooth lead handoffs and campaign attribution
- Define and maintain attribution logic, dashboards, and reporting that clarify what’s driving pipeline
- Ensure consistency in campaign tagging, UTM governance, and reporting across platforms
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevTech to automate processes and scale performance analytics
