Requirements
- 3β6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Highly developed analytical capabilities with experience in overseeing dashboards, business assessments, and performance analysis
- Proficient in utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Segment, or comparable platforms
- A deep understanding of demand generation, funnel strategy, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with lead scoring, attribution frameworks, and campaign automation
- Effective skills in managing stakeholders and a mindset guided by data analysis for making informed choices
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner to Marketing leadership, enabling smarter, faster decisions with clear data and actionable insights
- Own the full-funnel performance strategy and infrastructure that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Build and maintain full-funnel visibility from visitor to MQL, SQL, and pipeline. Identify drop-off points and recommend optimization strategies across campaigns, CTAs, and lifecycle stages
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of marketing performance using web, campaign, and funnel data. Coordinate the cadence and delivery of Marketing Business Reviews (MBRs, QBRs) with actionable insights
- Manage lead and account scoring models using behavioral, firmographic, and intent data. Ensure alignment with sales-readiness criteria and campaign strategy
- Oversee attribution logic, reporting dashboards, and campaign measurement frameworks to clarify what drives pipeline and revenue
- Ensure database integrity, campaign readiness, and structured communication governance across Marketing, Sales, and Customer for Life (C4L) teams
- Maintain consistent tagging and UTM governance across platforms. Partner with RevTech and Marketing Ops to scale analytics and automate key workflows
- Own the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow, lead handoffs, and process efficiency
