Summary
Join Dev.Pro's CTO Dinners department as a Senior Event Manager, leading a team of five Event Coordinators. You will oversee high-level client engagement initiatives, including CTO dinners and marketing events. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define event strategy and enhance team efficiency. The role requires strong communication, people management, and organizational skills, along with experience planning executive-level events. The position offers a remote work environment and is open to candidates in Chile, Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia. A valid U.S. visa is required unless you are located in Chile.
Requirements
- Strong people management and team leadership in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
- Experience planning and managing executive-level events (e.g., C-level dinners)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex event logistics
- Exceptional attention to detail, stress tolerance, and responsiveness to urgent, last-minute changes
- Clear, professional communication under pressure and tight deadlines
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive or challenging interactions
- Strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and confident decision-making
- Experience coordinating global teams across time zones and varied schedules
- Process-oriented mindset with experience building scalable systems and improving workflows
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours
- Valid U.S. visa (not required in Chile)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage logistics for 4β5 monthly CTO-level dinners and marketing events
- Manage daily operations for a global team of Event Coordinators across time zones and varied schedules
- Help build structured internal processes and platforms to improve efficiency and track team performance
- Support the planning and delivery of webinars and virtual events
- Communicate with internal teams and executive stakeholders, handling urgent requests and shifting priorities
- Work flexible hours to support evening or weekend events and high-priority CTO dinners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and executives
- Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating webinars and virtual events
- Proficiency with event tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or vFairs)
