Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive account-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • History of creating and delivering multi-channel ABM campaigns that produce measurable results
  • Great partnership skills, with experience collaborating with high-energy, direct sales forces
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, DemandbaseOne, and other MarTech tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable ABM strategies
  • Experience in strategic account planning, including decision-maker mapping and account prioritization
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proficiency in setting and tracking ABM-specific KPIs and attributing revenue to ABM efforts
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS industry trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to ABM strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies, encompassing 1:1 and 1:few campaigns across physical and digital channels
  • Partner with sales to create annual and quarterly ABM plans, aligned to the local field plans, that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Create, optimize, and analyze end-to-end ABM campaigns, including field events, executive engagement, webinars, emails, microsites, and direct mail
  • Create personalized, account-specific content strategies and thought leadership materials for persona-based engagement
  • Conduct thorough competitive intelligence to inform ABM strategies and positioning
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize efforts toward pipeline goals
  • Master a diverse MarTech stack, including Demandbase, WordPress, Stensul, ON24, Salesforce, and other ABM-specific tools
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continually innovating our approach to engaging and converting target accounts
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless Sales and Marketing alignment
  • Manage and optimize the allocated Marketing budget to maximize ROI
