Join ChartHop as a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth and own key programs driving pipeline creation across paid channels, outbound programs, sales collaboration, and marketing operations. Partner closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and ensure flawless execution across the funnel. This senior individual contributor role manages external consultants and reports to the VP of Product & Marketing. The position is remote, anywhere in the US between Eastern and Pacific time zones. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $150k-$180k plus a $20k variable company bonus, depending on experience level. Requirements
- You've worked at a company that is earlier stage where you've seen growth and demand gen be built even if you weren't leading it yourself, or you built it before
- You understand the importance of spending some designing and architecting a strategy and testing it in execution
- You are excited by the ability to test and ideate in collaboration with other team members
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Own and execute multi-channel strategies to drive qualified pipeline, including paid media, outbound campaigns, events, and partner programs. Develop quarterly plans aligned to revenue targets
- Outbound Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the sales and BDR teams to craft outbound messaging, sequences, and campaigns that convert. Provide data-driven insights and testing support to optimize outreach efforts
- Paid Media Management: Lead paid acquisition programs in collaboration with our performance agency. Manage strategy, execution, and performance tracking across platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Partner & ABM Campaigns: Manage key marketing partnerships and co-marketing opportunities. Build and execute ABM-style campaigns in partnership with Sales to engage priority accounts
- Marketing Operations: Ensure smooth lead routing, attribution, and reporting across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Revenue Hero. Maintain workflows and dashboards to measure impact and optimize performance
- Vendor & Budget Oversight: Own the marketing budget (excluding payroll). Manage vendor relationships and contracts for marketing tools and agencies
Preferred Qualifications
Working on products that are establishing nascent offerings in a space with varying but overlapping ICP's would be excellent

- Level 5 (tier 1 - up and coming talent) - $150k-$160k base salary + $20k variable company bonus
- Level 5 (tier 2 - established and done this before) - $160k-$180k base salary + 20k variable company bonus
