Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on account-based marketing or demand generation within the technology and/or healthcare sectors
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective ABM strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement
- Strong proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present complex information clearly to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategies that align with Fullscriptβs business objectives, focusing on demand generation and deal acceleration within strategic enterprise accounts
- Partner with sales, product, product marketing, and medical education teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized content, and ensure cohesive execution of ABM campaigns
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing tactics such as personalized content, digital advertising, webinars, and events to engage key decision-makers within target accounts. Leverage AI to improve efficiency in all parts of the process
- Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven findings
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their business needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, ensuring that ABM initiatives are highly relevant and impactful
- While this role will not have direct reports to start, our vision is for this team to grow as we grow the Enterprise pipeline, so experience in developing and growing a team is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Having past success acquiring and growing the accounts of hospital systems and/or clinic networks is a major plus
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable), CRM systems (Salesforce), and AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) tools is highly desirable
