Join AffiniPay as a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline process automation and lead flow, optimize campaign execution, and implement scalable martech solutions. You will develop and execute scalable campaign workflows, design and manage marketing campaigns in Marketo, optimize marketing operations processes, monitor lead progression, and lead the implementation and optimization of marketing platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in marketing operations leadership and strong analytical skills. You will partner with the Revenue Intelligence and Revenue Operations teams to analyze performance and ensure efficient lead management. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations and strong understanding of marketing automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations
- Strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo), lead flow processes, and campaign execution
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize attribution models, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute scalable campaign workflows that align with business objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth
- Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns in Marketo, encompassing email marketing, lead nurturing, events, promotions, and other targeted initiatives
- Optimize marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, ensuring efficiency in campaign execution, lead routing, tracking, and appropriate follow-up
- Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, track campaign attribution, and provide insights to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
- Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing platforms to support marketing automation, campaign management, and attribution tracking
- Partner with our Revenue Intelligence team to analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure efficient lead management, from initial capture to qualification and handoff
- Ensure proper alignment between marketing and sales to drive pipeline growth while providing insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Own the Marketing Operations request intake process, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently
- Develop and document best practices, SOPs, and scalable processes for marketing teams
- Stay up-to-date with marketing technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing technology implementation and integration is a plus, particularly with platforms such as Salesforce, Clay, Qualified, Impact, or ABM solutions
