Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including knowledge of healthcare providers, payers, and patients
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms; experience with marketing analytics and reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork
  • Passion for fixing healthcare and driving meaningful change in the industry
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage healthcare providers and patients
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral, campaigns, and materials tailored to specific healthcare channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, industry partners, and marketing vendors
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, and webinars to promote Nomi Health's solutions and initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, measuring and optimizing the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the marketing team, fostering their growth and development within the organization
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies and tactics
