Summary

You will plan, execute, and optimize direct mail campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and leverage data to inform marketing strategies. Based remotely, you will report to the VP of Marketing. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in direct mail marketing and/or customer data analysis
- Proven track record of managing successful direct mail campaigns and working with large customer datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of direct mail production processes, postal regulations, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize direct mail campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Coordinate with creative team, printers, data vendor and mailing houses to ensure timely production and delivery
- Develop segmentation strategies to target the right audience with personalized and impactful messaging
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., response rates, LTV) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for all direct mail initiatives
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform direct mail and broader marketing strategies
- Create predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a clean, organized, and actionable customer database
- Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, or metabase to create dashboards and reports that track campaign performance and customer insights
