Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related degree
  • Possess 6+ years progressive working experience, with marketing focus

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign timelines and calendars, creative assets, and channel planning and buying with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Support the development of campaign briefs, including creating objectives, setting strategy, determining tactics and developing measurement plans
  • Perform regular campaign monitoring toward goals and objectives, recommending optimization and course correction to the team, weaving any changes into the overall project plan and managing their execution
  • Define, document, manage and optimize processes and tracking for programs and campaigns, and share regular reports on progress

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate well with other stakeholders
  • Possess advanced communication and writing skills; ability to network with ease
  • Have a healthcare background
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have knowledge of databases/database marketing
  • Have experience in product management and go-to-market strategy
