Requirements
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related degree
- Possess 6+ years progressive working experience, with marketing focus
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign timelines and calendars, creative assets, and channel planning and buying with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery
- Support the development of campaign briefs, including creating objectives, setting strategy, determining tactics and developing measurement plans
- Perform regular campaign monitoring toward goals and objectives, recommending optimization and course correction to the team, weaving any changes into the overall project plan and managing their execution
- Define, document, manage and optimize processes and tracking for programs and campaigns, and share regular reports on progress

- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate well with other stakeholders
- Possess advanced communication and writing skills; ability to network with ease
- Have a healthcare background
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have knowledge of databases/database marketing
- Have experience in product management and go-to-market strategy
