Requirements

• At least five (5) years of professional experience with cloud networking configurations (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models) and managing integrated communication systems, including VOIP solutions
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking systems, including configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments and routing protocols (e.g., DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, VPN)
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (required)
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing protocols
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VOIP systems, and cloud networks
• Proficient in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2013/2018
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and risk mitigation in network environments
• Documentation and development of best practices for network operations

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced network systems, including Palo Alto and Cisco solutions
• Integrate and manage cloud networking infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
• Lead the implementation of VOIP systems ensuring seamless communication
• Monitor network performance, ensure compliance with standards, and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical standards
• Resolve hardware and software network-related issues with minimal downtime
• Manage network security, including firewall configurations and authentication protocols
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and maintain relevant certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
