Summary

Join Realtor.com® as a Senior New Home Sales Consultant and help connect homebuilders with buyers nationwide. This remote role offers autonomy and strong team support, allowing you to leverage your homebuilding expertise to shape strategy and secure key accounts. You will drive growth by exceeding sales targets, building relationships with homebuilders, and presenting Realtor.com solutions. The position requires 5+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within a homebuilding organization or similar industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel regionally, as needed

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by meeting or exceeding annual sales and content targets
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with regional and local homebuilders
• Partner with customers to understand their business goals and position Realtor.com solutions to meet their needs
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and meetings that clearly communicate product value
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to keep your pipeline full
• Monitor industry trends to anticipate shifts in budgets and strategic priorities

Preferred Qualifications

A strong understanding of digital marketing and media in the new homes space (a big plus!)
