Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Online Marketing, with proven expertise in Lead generation, Funnel creation, Customer support and consultation
• Extensive knowledge about Online Marketing Tools, Platforms and Technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and systems
• Successful experiences in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and other online marketing channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills on a professional level, to clearly and persuasively communicate complex ideas
• Deep understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships, including the ability to understand and meet demanding customer requirements
• Expertise in data analysis to derive strategic recommendations and optimize online marketing strategies
• Proactive approach in identifying and solving complex problems to achieve sustainable business results for clients
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead teams, motivate and develop them, and promote effective collaboration at all levels of the company
• High resilience and the ability to work under pressure to successfully complete time-critical projects and achieve measurable results
• Excellent German and English language skills on a professional level
