Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee, mentor, and train the operational team, encompassing campaign builds and quality assurance
- Foster a constructive and productive work culture within the Operational department, emphasizing efficiency and continuous improvement
- Provide strategic and operational communication to all stakeholders and executives within the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Utilize your experience to lead the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring, training and continued enablement, to attract and retain top-tier professionals
- Demonstrate a solution-driven mindset, offering strategic insights into operational efficiencies and workflow enhancements
- Deliver insightful reports to leadership, addressing operational bandwidth, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Become a champion of our products, delving into the intricacies of the business to develop and implement operational solutions that drive success
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and technology, to optimize team performance and meet client demands
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and departmental performance, making data-driven improvements
- Lead and guide the team through periods of change, including process improvements, organizational restructuring, and new initiatives
