Requirements
- 5-8 years experience working in an operations role preferably within healthcare, consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or a high-growth startup
- At least 2-4 years of people management experience
- Proven experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with strong business acumen and deep understanding of business and financial principles
- Track record of driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including building complex Excel models
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, paired with a relentless focus on organization, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent project management skills
- Passion for mental health care, Almaβs mission, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives centered on new projects, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements, overseeing execution from discovery to recommendation and implementation
- Develop and prioritize a strategic roadmap of enhancements to drive meaningful impact on key business metrics
- Foster strong relationships with Business Intelligence, Product, and Operational stakeholders across the organization to identify needs and deliver comprehensive solutions
- Mentor junior team members and lay the foundation for building a high-performing team
- Collaborate closely with product leaders to foster strong alignment between product and operations teams
- Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives and manage high-priority escalations
