Requirements

• Experience in business operations for 6+ years
• Experience working with remote teams
• Experience working in a services organization or agency (ideally 150-300 people)
• Experience processing/managing processes related to Team Happiness (HR) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and the ability to manage projects, schedules, and resources effectively
• Process Improvement and Analysis: Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, research solutions, and suggest process improvements
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets) data visualization tools, and generating reports to communicate insights and trends
• Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure smooth daily operations
• Communication (written and verbal): The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and maintain efficient operations
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and suggest effective solutions
• Initiative and Proactiveness: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to suggest solutions
