Requirements
- 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelorβs degree in relevant field
- Deep experience with Jira, Zendesk, Asana
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions with limited information
- Exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; clear, concise, and courageous in giving tough yet supportive feedback when needed to leaders at all levels
- Ability to adapt in a growing, changing environment
- High propensity for learning
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve overall SDLC
- Manage internal Engineering and Product tools/tech stack and research, recommend, procure and manage new tools to fill existing gaps
- Analyze product performance data and operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
- Prepare and present reports on software development metrics, product operations metrics, progress, and outcomes to senior management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data & metrics internally, facilitating communication with various departments to provide full picture of data
- Prepare and present analytics via reports and dashboards. This includes providing data for existing rhythms like, monthly product & operations reviews, QBRs, Roadmap Reviews and Board meetings
- Support various processes and programs within the product department that are adjacent to the focus areas above
