Remote Product Operations Specialist

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Ownership or Business Analytics
• Familiarity with OKR planning, roadmap building
• Understanding business/product metrics
• Strong common sense and tech-savviness
• Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments
• Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products

Responsibilities

• Come up with company-wide roadmaps' system enhancements and monitor its health
• Be a bridge for communication between Shared services / Product teams and Head of Product Operations
• Ensure smooth administrative activities among Product Managers (WBR health, collaboration with Data team, recognition of dashboard needs, OKR definition checks, R&D capitalization)
• Manage products’ knowledge base
• Enhance onboarding processes in the Product department, tutorials, and support with new tools
• Apply existing or new processes as for the top Product Leads’ team in deeper levels (individual teams)
