Summary
Join Hostinger's Product Operations team and help optimize processes for efficiency, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic decision-making. You will orchestrate OKR planning, track company-level progress, suggest and implement automations using AI, distribute context in weekly business reviews, and assist with general research. The ideal candidate has experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Executive Business Administration, with familiarity in OKR planning and roadmap building. Strong communication, planning, and attention to detail are essential. Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Executive Business Administration or similar roles
- Familiarity with OKR planning, roadmap building
- Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools
- Understanding business/product metrics
- Strong common sense and tech-savviness, natural love for tech products
- Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments
Responsibilities
- Planning and facilitation: orchestrate OKR planning in Product department, facilitate sessions for top product leaders and challenge mis-matches, ensure accountability and cross-alignments
- Roadmaps: tracking company-level progress, challenging team-level roadmap health, representing public roadmap to customers and owning the tooling / templates
- Automations: suggest / create / acquire or eliminate tools that raise / decrease effectiveness by proven efficiency within the department, use AI heavily to break the legacy ceiling of existing processes
- Distributing context: Weekly Business Review health, assistance for the Finance team for R&D capitalization by giving Product context
- General research assistance: summarizing market trends, leveling-up process for client interviews, finding ways to distribute customers' feedback scattered through different channels
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products is a plus
