Requirements

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
  • 8+ years of battle-tested experience in demand generation and deep, demonstrable expertise in paid media management, with a significant and passionate focus on SEM. B2B experience is crucial; bonus points for e-commerce and SaaS backgrounds
  • You are a true expert in managing SEM platforms (Google Ads is your playground). You also have a strong understanding of social media advertising platforms like LinkedIn

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, Architect, and Execute: You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our search advertising campaigns across Google Ads and potentially niche platforms like Shopify Ads. This isn't just about keywords; it's about understanding the entire search ecosystem and how it fuels our funnel
  • Deep Dive Keyword Mastery: You'll go beyond basic research, uncovering hidden opportunities and strategically expanding our reach with a nuanced understanding of keyword match types and their impact
  • Ruthless Optimization & Efficiency: Weekly negative keyword deep dives are second nature. You'll proactively identify and eliminate wasted spend, ensuring every dollar works its hardest
  • Predictive Power & Budget Acumen: You'll provide insightful forecasting and strategic budget recommendations that align with our ambitious growth targets
  • Audience Architect: You'll strategically implement and optimize third-party audiences, providing insightful quarterly competitive analysis to inform our approach
  • Data-Driven Strategic Insights: You don't just report on performance; you analyze it to uncover key lead generation drivers, identify conversion bottlenecks, and shape our overarching marketing strategy
  • Hypothesis-Driven Optimization: You're a scientist at heart, developing and rigorously testing hypotheses to unlock performance breakthroughs and recommend data-backed optimizations
  • Conversion Catalyst: You'll partner intimately with web and digital teams to identify website UX friction points, champion A/B testing initiatives, and relentlessly optimize conversion rates from search traffic
  • Social Savvy (LinkedIn Focus): You'll strategically support our social media advertising efforts, primarily on LinkedIn, with potential for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns. Your focus will be on ensuring these channels integrate effectively with our search strategy
  • Targeting Precision & Budget Control: You'll develop and optimize targeting strategies, bid management, and budget allocation across social platforms, always focusing on ROI and alignment with business goals
  • Creative Performance Driver: You'll drive creative development, providing strategic input on ad copywriting, asset direction, and a rigorous creative testing framework to maximize impact
  • Holistic Testing Roadmap: You'll develop a continuous testing roadmap across all paid channels to elevate overall campaign performance
