Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels
- Lead budget planning, allocation, and optimization across all paid channels to maximize ROI and meet business objectives
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all paid campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance
- Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Manage bid strategies and campaign structures to ensure optimal performance across various audience segments, geographies, and devices
- Create and optimize compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand messaging and drive high conversion rates
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ad copy, and creative elements
- Build and refine audience targeting using first-party and third-party data
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments
- Train and mentor junior team members on paid media best practices
- Develop fraud prevention strategies to mitigate click fraud risks
- Analyze customer journey data to optimize conversion paths and campaign attribution
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure tracking implementation and landing page optimization
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors if applicable
- Perform related duties as assigned to ensure department and organizational success
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing substantial advertising budgets (six figures or above)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Proven track record of campaign optimization, resulting in significant performance improvements
- Experience with web hosting, SaaS, or similar B2B technology products in a remote environment is strongly preferred
