Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in B2B or enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of leading multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and programmatic display
  • Experience managing large budgets ($1M+ annually) with a deep understanding of how to maximize ROI and efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and drive business outcomes
  • Experience managing paid media agencies and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and performance expectations
  • Experience with ABM strategies: Proven ability to integrate paid media efforts within an account-based marketing framework to target high-value accounts, drive engagement, and support personalized campaign execution
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X, and YouTube. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms a plus (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with attribution models, lead scoring, and marketing funnel strategies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition
  • Manage and allocate substantial paid media budgets across channels, including search, display, social media, video, and other programmatic advertising platforms
  • Develop comprehensive paid media plans that align with business goals, marketing initiatives, and integrated campaigns
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Global Campaigns, Creative, Content, and Marketing Operations to ensure campaign cohesion
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including agencies and technology partners, ensuring they meet performance and growth expectations
  • Continuously stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Axonius stays at the cutting edge of paid media innovation
  • Run A/B tests to determine the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies for each campaign
