Requirements
- A proven leader with at least 12 years of experience in travel PR, advertising and integrated marketing
- Extensive and established contacts and relationships in the destination travel and hospitality space
- Business development experience including sourcing and nurturing leads, casting pitch team and identifying client-service team and a recognized ability to network at the highest level
- Expertise in crafting integrated proposals and pitches and working on integrated campaigns that include PR, advertising, social, digital, and experiential elements. Being able to maximize the FINN resource network domestically and abroad and ensuring alignment with the goals and ambitions of the agency
- A creative and strategic thinker who can develop visionary ideas and execute them flawlessly
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas and strategies to clients
- A passion for travel and hospitality, with a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of this industry
- Adaptable and Decisive: Thrives in dynamic environments, making confident decisions while adjusting strategies as needed

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that go beyond traditional PR to include advertising, digital channels, content, social media, influencer partnerships, partnerships, events, experiential marketing, and more
- Ability to set a clear, ambitious strategy for growing the business while aligning with the teamβs strengths and organizational goals is a must
- Excels at building trust with clients, prospects, and team members, fostering collaboration and creating a positive, motivated environment
- Leverage your established network and expertise in the travel industry to identify new opportunities, secure new clients, and deepen relationships with existing accounts
- Has a strong track record of identifying and securing new opportunities, understanding market trends, and crafting innovative pitches and proposals
- Build strategies to position FINN as a leader in responding to robust multi-tiered RFPs, demonstrating our ability to deliver across PR, marketing, and creative disciplines
- Collaborate with and lead a multi-disciplinary team capable of executing innovative and impactful integrated marketing campaigns
- Oversee the creation and implementation of creative, results-driven campaigns that amplify client visibility, engage target audiences, and drive measurable success
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure FINN remains at the forefront of travel marketing
