Senior Partner Growth Manager

Summary

Join cargo.one, a Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms, as a Partner Growth team member to drive the digitalization of air freight and logistics. You will be responsible for growing relationships with airlines and large freight forwarders, managing their success on the platform, and leading new integrations. This role offers a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to work remotely from almost anywhere in Europe, with regular in-person meetings, and to travel the world to build relationships with partners.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role (airline, logistics or professional services experience is a plus)
• You are characterized by excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, and have excellent analytical capabilities
• You have the ability to build strong, long-term, value-driven relationships with various stakeholders
• You possess entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of a portfolio of partners and manage their success on the platform
• Lead new airline and freight forwarder integrations, including project management, onboarding
• Set strategies, goals and develop initiatives that drive growth
• Define and execute a growth roadmap, including product development initiatives and market launches, and adoption initiatives that increase growth
• Be a trusted digital advisor to our partners, guiding them through their digital transformation journey
• Work with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver the best partner experience
• Travel the world to visit and build relationships with our partners from Canada to Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are a very big plus!
