Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and interruptions
  • Strong understanding and proactive interest in emerging trends within digital banking, payments, and related ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 3rd party suppliers, overseeing business performance, cost management, and service-level agreements
  • Drive revenue growth through partner offerings and ensure positive P&L outcomes for 3rd party agreements
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable business terms while delivering compelling solutions for customers
  • Align 3rd party relationships with product management strategies and commercial objectives
  • Identify and develop business cases for new or enhanced partner relationships
  • Monitor the external market to ensure partnerships with top providers
  • Own revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin targets for partner solutions
  • Enhance and assist in partner onboarding processes and cross-functional alignment for implementation strategies
  • Provide ongoing post-launch operational support, tracking performance and reporting insights to leadership
  • Lead the development of new processes, capabilities, and KPIs to optimize integration success

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred 5+ years of experience in financial software partnerships, with substantial expertise in commercial software negotiations
