Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Partnerships role
  • Experience working with Referral, Reseller and/or Cloud Marketplace partners
  • A demonstrable understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, coupled with exceptional research skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, with proven ability to communicate effectively at leadership and executive level
  • Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to relationship building, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and communication workflows

Responsibilities

  • Play a strategic role in driving Supermetricsโ€™ growth within North America - by expanding our Solution Partner ecosystem and leading our North America partner strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer teams, contributing to partner-sourced and partner-assisted sales strategies on a global scale
  • Collaborating with leadership on overall strategic planning and direction for the region
  • Identifying and recruiting strategically aligned Solution partners (Referral and Reseller), spearheading outreach and recruitment campaigns
  • Managing inbound partnership requests, ensuring timely responses and effective engagement in line with performance KPIs
  • Executing partner agreements, fostering mutually beneficial relationships
  • Collaborating closely with our Expert Services and Partner Success teams, facilitating partner onboarding and enabling deep understanding of Supermetrics solutions and use cases
  • Developing and executing partner mutual action plans, ensuring ongoing partner enablement
  • Cultivating a robust partner pipeline, both through sourced and assisted opportunities
  • Working in tandem with our sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams, driving partner-sourced and partner-assisted sales motions
  • Partnering with our marketing team on annual partner marketing planning, and executing joint marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars, events, newsletters, and partner programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Martech
  • Experience working with GSIs
