Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Summary

Join HubSpot For Startups team as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive qualified leads and new customers from top startup partners in APAC. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing scalable marketing campaigns, and collaborating with business development reps. The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience in partner marketing, content marketing, or affiliate marketing, and is a skilled storyteller with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in partner marketing, content marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
• You are a talented copywriter, marketer, and overall storyteller
• Your decisions are driven by qualitative and quantitative insights
• Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset
• Ability to persuade others on your ideas and seek buy in on your initiatives
• You are self motivated and goal oriented

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified leads and new customers from our top startup partners
• Carry a monthly target of both HSFS QLs with an expectation on growing the accounts your support YoY
• Creating content that resonates with startups and is promoted through our partners marketing distribution channels (organic, social, email)
• Designing content, campaigns, and plays that can become repetitive motions to scale our demand generation efforts globally
• Thinking strategically about how we distribute content through both our partner’s owned and HubSpot’s owned channels (organic, social, email)
• Close collaborating with business development reps in APAC who build relationships with each partner
• Continuously working to understand the goals, challenges, and pains of our partners and how we help them be successful

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the venture capital and/or VC-backed startup ecosystem
