Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the B2B or retail media space
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Passion for the retail media industry and a strong understanding of its dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and partner goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create and implement co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Manage partner communications, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the company's brand values
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Organize and manage partner events, webinars, and joint promotions to foster relationships and showcase collaborative success stories
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials, to support partner initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and understand industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in partner marketing to inform strategy and enhance engagement
