Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing and/or business development with high-tech, IT, HRIS or enterprise software space preferred
- Previous track record of successful execution in marketing program with measurable results
- Prior experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing plans
- Strong program experience in building and executing results-driven demand generation
- Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing products, competitors and market dynamics
- Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities
- Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills; specifically the ability articulate plans and results to stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous and quick learner with a โroll up the sleevesโ approach
- Strong ethical and optimistic mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Align with Partner Account Managers to support the engagement of partners which includes onboarding, enablement, & programs development
- Develop relationships with partner marketing counterparts at key partnersโ level to develop and implement co-marketing plans that are measurable and compelling
- Drive the creation and execution of all partner marketing activities including events, webinars, and digital campaigns
- Liaise with the internal creative and content team to create compelling and cohesive content and packaging to develop strong and compelling communications and programs to, through, and with partners
- Report on campaign performance against key business drivers and program objectives
- Communicate and collaborate across internal teams for clarity and alignment
Preferred Qualifications
Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense/ABM for job execution is advantageous
